beggers night

happy beggars night. columbus does not recognize halloween they call it beggars night. they keep it as far away from halloween as they can. traffic is always horrible coming home as every parent in the city leaves at 5 o’clock. Even better is that we have no kids on our street, so each of the three kids who visit will get handfuls of candy.
i don’t know but little fayette’s halloween was much cooler, with the whistle blowing to start and end the trick-r-treating…and the whole town full of people. and the silly parade to the park. Now that is halloween, usually actually on halloween. oh well rant of the day is now over.

sue’s got a brand new job

After years of toiling away answering emails at gap.com. Sue finally has landed a coveted position at SRA/McGraw-Hill. She will have two more weeks at crap.com, so if you want any gap/old navy/br clothes for Christmas. You might want to let us know soon.

drawing of suzie

I drew this picture of Sue a couple of years ago. It was based on a photograph she sent me while she was at her internship in NYC and I was in Columbus. I’ve been lazy for a couple of years and have not drawn much of note lately.
