Sue’s parents, her Aunt Mary and I bought her a PowerBook for her birthday. She did not really like it at first, but I think eventually she will come around to the Mac side… She claims I purchased what I wanted, I replied that she never told me what she wanted so I got what I wanted. So when she has not been using it I have been playing around with iMovie and what not. My first effort involved using footage from when Sue’s sister Christine played Broomball for the Start Slush Pups in high school. These highlights are from when she was a sophomore. The link will take you to a fairly large QuickTime movie, so if you are on a dialup its going to take you a while.

stupid yahoo! won’t let me directly link to the movie. so click on the

Maybe I should not have taken this picture. Sue and I love to take lovely self portraits, and this is one of the best. I just had to post it, and a few pictures taken at a bored Game get together at Jill’s house, a Dale Jr. loving work friend of Sue from Pink-03.

Suzie and Chrissy went to the hair salon and S got her hair tinted a little darker and Chrissy got some blond streaks. Kate(not pictured) went too, but she died her hair back to her normal brown from a blond that her hair had become after many blond highlights.

Sue and I went to the OSU vs Minnesota women’s basketball game on Feb 17th. It was a much better game than the game we went to the week before when the Bucks played last place Michigan. With the win the Buckeyes were alone in first place in the Big T1e1n. Now they are a 1/2 game behind Michigan State and must win there two remaining games to get a share of the title. They have one home game left against Penn State. Go out and see a good show if you are free this Sunday. Sadly Sue is making me go to Thoroughly Modern Millie instead.

After the game I said hello to my childhood babysitter Ruth Ann Borton and her husband Larry. I probably had not talked to them in about 20 years. She was there to watch her daughter, Pam, the head coach of Minnesota.
