soyuzivka day 2
Bruin | 07.25.2005 | 17:45We woke up, went to church…in which no English was spoken. The preacher was very emphatic though. We then ate some Ukie food at a picnic held at the church.
We then came back and went to the pool…So some back story here. For about the last week various things have made me break out in little patches of hives, cloths with some detergent, paper at work. They all happened with some contact and were gone in about 20 minutes after the contact was removed. So any way, after lying in the sun for a little while we went in the pool. After relaxing in the pool for about 20 minutes my hands started to hurt. So I decided to get out. Most of my body was now covered in hives. They did not hurt per say, but my fingers had swollen and felt like big sausages.
So I relented to Sue’s persistence and we decided to go to the Ellenville hospital.
So any way, by the time we saw anyone the hives were gone and we got the following diagnosis, “You are allergic to the pool.” So after an hour at the hospital we were given the prescription to stay out of the pool, and take some benadryl.
We got back to the resort and I slept until morning, with a slight interruption to go down for dinner. I ate a few spoons of chicken noodle soup and trudged back to the room.
The rest of the Cready’s relaxed in the room and played Five Crowns until they went to bed.

Bruin, Your hives are very gross. Nasty picture sweetie.
