varnishing

Not a whole lot to report. We to the football game and watched the weirdest win for the Buckeyes I have seen in person. We sat around and played Super Smash Brothers Melee (and Sue kicked my ass) on Sunday. This week, I have been varnishing the shelves in the garage and Sue has been doing laundry, Darcy has helped with nothing, stupid dog.

After a summer of going all over the place, I finally finished the cabinets my dad built for me at the beginning of the summer. Thanks to Christine for helping Sue carry her half upstairs.

On to varnishing the shelves on the previous post.

weekend shelf building

I finally went to my parents house to build the shelves I designed a long time ago. It took three 4×8 sheets of plywood and a day and a half of ripping and cutting the slots. The next couple of days I will varnish and assemble them, hopefully the go together without too much hassle.
