We went back to Toledo for a second straight week, this time to get Ewan baptized.

Father George baptized him on Saturday and then the family came back to Grandpa Ron’s house for a cookout. We had the all of the Aunt’s, a Great Aunt, a trio of third cousins, a trio of second cousins, some eventual cousins and a pair of Great Grandparents to go along with the grandparents and parents. I am now confusing myself.

On Sunday he was received by some of Sue’s high school friends.

Ewan and family drove to the far corners of Northwestern Ohio this weekend. He made it out of Franklin County for the second time in his life and made it to Toledo to Grandpa Ron’s house and to his Great Aunt Judy and Unkle Steve’s house in St. Mary’s.

Ewan sat on my lap for a while and Sue snapped away.  Here are a bunch of the smiley guy.  Am I going to be doing this when he s 15?

Ewan got a visit from his new friend Illana. She came for a visit with her mommy, Michelle all the way from Virginia via Georgia via Toledo. They held hands and Illana tried to eat Ewan’s hair.
