kind of bruin

Three sets of pictures rolled into one big set. The first is when Sue took E to the dr last week because of his chest congestion. He enjoyed pushing the little chair around the room and sifting through Sue’s purse. The second is from the house and Ewan was playing with a couple of Darcy’s balls. The third is from dinner tonight. Karl, Sarah and Lena were in town and we ate dinner with them. Leena kissed Ewan a couple of times and their parents enjoyed bla bla blaing about parenting.

Ewan has been sick just about half of the year, Sue has used up all of her five sick days, and I have used two of mine, plus making up another two on the weekends.

After getting over his ear infection the week before, last Wednesday the daycare called and told us that he had thrown up in his bed while taking a nap. The did not send him home that day, but the next he had too many runny poops and he was banned from daycare on Friday. So I stayed with him.

We were hoping he was better this weekend, but continued with the diarrhea and got really congested. He really is just extra clingy and a little extra whiny when he is sick. Sue will be taking him to the Dr. tomorrow, and we are having some one come to the house and watch him.

Well it’s March. We haven’t had much going on reciently. Ewan had an ear infection and fever this week so Sue and I stayed home with him a day apeace this week. We are really running through the sick days this year. Hopefully the summer brings a few less colds for us.

Ewan now makes a little “woof” sound when we ask him “What does a dog sound like?”. He even points at Darcy and says woof once and a while. Here are some snotty noze pictures of Ewan sitting on a bed.
