Long time no post. Fortunately for my loyal readers, there are like three Christmases and two weddings to post on in the near future.

The first blog post is my Nephew Nicholas’s Fifth Birthday party. We traveled north last Friday for Christmas, but first visited my Sister’s house. Nicholas got a slot car racetrack, some clothes, and a very cool Optimus Prime mask with a voice transformer that makes you sound like the Transformer. Nicholas evil Transformer laugh was the funnest thing.

Trying to entertain the child while out to dinner. Added some more pictures to the 12 days set. Including Day 2: A Crazy Ball with a light inside that collects dog hair. No photos though of Day 3: Some multi-colored pencils, and Day 4: Some Christmas Socks. Link

We drove to Indy for the Structurepoint Christmas party.  We left on Saturday around 3 and made it there in about 3 hours, not bad considering the snow, freezing rain, and sleet.  Once there we found out that only 4 other C-bus employes made the trip and they came down the night before.   My name was drawn for one of the prizes, I ended up with some gift cards after a brief flirtation with 52 car washes from an Indy car wash buisness.   The drive back has been fine with the interstate being cleared.
