If you missed it you will have to wait for 3 more odd years to see another lunar eclipse. We had a clear night. I’ll post a few more pictures sometime, but now I have to go get laundry out of the basement or I will get yelled at.
all alone for four days. Ewan and I were with out Sue last weekend, while we played at the conservatory, Sue flew to North Carolina to go visit Ellen, Vince, and Tom. Sue had a really nice time visiting with Ellen and meeting their new little monkey.
Ewan and I were glad to have her back.
A couple of weekends ago we went to T-town so that Sue could attend Janell’s wedding shower. I ended up getting really sick and sleeping most of Saturday (eventually Sue, Ron, and Christine cough whatever bug I had as well.) Sue and Ewan went into town and met up with Matt and Michelle for lunch. Congratulations to M&M on their upcoming bundle of joy. Saturday night the families came out for Sue’s almost 30th Birthday Party.
Sunday we went to church and Sue helped with the varenyky dough making while I wrangled Ewan and braved the cold and got 6 lbs of salt. We had to leave the Ukrainians early, because Sue needed to go to the shower and Ewan and I needed a nap. Ewan’s car seat was in Ron’s car, so we drove his car to the house and Sue headed off to the shower. She only made it halfway because evidently when a Caddy tells you it is low in gas you can’t drive another 10 miles. She sat on the side of the road until some kind family pushed her into a apartment parking lot. I arrived with a gallon of gas and we switched cars so she could be on her way to the shower. So here are some pictures from the weekend.
Mommy has been out of state for the last few days visiting Ellen and baby Tom. On Saturday Ewan and I needed to get out of the house, so we went to the Conservatory, or to Ewan the place with the fountain, steps, and fish. We had fun, and I enjoyed taking pictures of the Orchids.
Ewan turned Two (2)! He is such a little man now. As you can see daddy was driving from Sedona to Flag Staff and was really sad to have missed the big day.
Any way back to the little guy, here is a recent Ewan quote from a few nights ago…”Beep Beep, batties, batties, batties, batties, beep beep, batties, daddy fis it, seelin, fis it, daddy, fis batties, yea yea (clap, clap) batties.”
You know about batties, when you burn something in the stove and the beep beep goes off and you need to take the batties out of the beep beep in the ceiling. Then daddy had to fis it back together.
Along with Bday pictures with “Money and Cafy” are Ewan playing “Bubbles” (one of his first words), and our trip to the Japanese Steak House with Aunt Andrea when she was in town for a technology conference.
