Unlike last year, when the kid did not know enough to be scarred, this year was a different story. We kind of knew it would be bad, when leaving the house he said “I don’t want to tumble”.
The tumbling peeps, as usual, did not have enough teachers to control all of the childrens. Sue was asked to stay in the staging room, because Ewan was pretty upset when we tried to leave. This allowed him to cling to her when it was time to go on. He also thought the music was too loud and covered his ears for the “dance” number.
We went out to dinner to celebrate my 30th birthday afterwords and thought about buying new couches. We are still thinking.
