We drove north last weekend so that Elena could meet her cousins. With Andrea’s busted leg, she was not able to come visit the baby, so we came to her.
We spent Saturday lounging around my parents while the kids played. Sunday was a trip to see Grandpa Ron and Grandma Mary Ann for lunch and Great Grandma Irene at the assisted living home.
Baby girl, unlike her older brother at the same age, was in dreamland for both 3 hour car rides. So yea for us and our ear drums.

Heather and Jason came to visit the baby and give us some food. They also brought some first child reperations, so Ewan got a sweet construction worker set.
Ewan decided to show off his greatest talent, fitting himself in to a box. So that’s in this set as well, as baby pictures.
And here Heather and Jason are four years ago.
While Sue, Elena, and I were checking out of the hospital, Grandparents Ron and Mary Ann took Ewan to his first dentist appointment. He did great and watched some sort of show while they tortured his teeth.
And Ewan licks the beater, I have no idea how these two things go together, except maybe sugar.
