Christmas night, we drove to Granna and Grandpa Ray’s house to celebrate Christmas with the fam. We spent the day eating sweet rolls, opening presents, playing games, and sleeping.

Christmas Eve and Day

This year we had our first Christmas Eve and Day at our house. We normally are at Sue’s dad’s house for Christmas Eve, and wake up early to spend Christmas Day at our parents. This year we started our new traditions at home, because Ron and Mary Ann drove to Connecticut to spend the holidays with Mary Ann’s daughters.
It was very nice and relaxing. Christine made traditional Ukrainian vegan boscht, bread and some other stuff. We opened presents and then went to Midnight Mass.

Ewan got way too many presents, ate some cake, and had some fun. He only cried when Darcy knocked him over and when we broke out the jumping Tigger. Unfortunately, Deziree got sick and then on the way home Nicholas got sick. Luckily, we haven’t caught it, so maybe it’s the same disease we had a couple of weeks ago. Oh, and people need to eat more cake at birthday parties.
Oh Christmases

We spent Christmas week in Fayette and Perrysburg with the families. Got some presents and relaxed a bunch. On Christmas Eve, Christine cooked a traditional Ukrainian Christmas dinner for everyone and Ewan opened his presents from the Creadys. Then we went to late church and came back and opened the rest of the Cready presents. Christmas morning we woke up and went to the Ramsdells and opened presents. We did not do a whole lot the rest of the week. Here are three picture sets

Merry Christmas. Saturday was the Ramsdell Christmas dinner, and the little ones got some cool stuff. Yea Stuff.
We are at the Cready’s for Christmas Eve and then back to my parents on Christmas Day. Yea. Then who knows what for the next week, one thing is for certain we are not going to work. Double Yea.
