Halloween

Here are a contrast in two days.

Thursday was Halloween at Ewan’s daycare. We stopped by for the parade and unfortunately Ewan was not feeling well at all. Sue walked into the daycare to find Ewan crying and a few of his friends petting him and trying to make him fell better.

He was running a fever, and after he refused to put on his costume, we took him home. He laid on the couch with a 104 degree fever and was pretty miserable. We got some medicine in him and took him to the doctor. I called my dad and he drove down to watch Ewan for us on Friday.

On Friday. He evidently was over his fever/cold and had a good day with Grandpa Ray. We went trick-r-treating around the neighborhood and had a good time except for being hesitant to get candy for the kid in the hockey mask.

Pumpkin Carvin’

While I was at the OSU/Penn St debacle with Mikie, Sue had some friends and family over to carve some pumpkins (Ewan was a fan of stabbing the pumpkins) and eats some food. You can probably tell that Ewan took quite a few of these pictures, especially the fun ones of his Auntie Christine.

Beggers Night

Ewan danced his way up the block, stealing candy from the other kids, and taking multiple handfulls from the treat buckets of the neighbors.

Happy Halloween

Ewan wore his pumpkin costume to school, which he got from Elise when he was born. He was definitely happier at 7:45 than I was, and way cuter.
He wore his frog costume down the block, while I picked up candy for Sue during Trick-r-treat.
