kind of bruin

Well low and behold, I’m still doing this after starting in September of 2004.  Thanks to the 12 of you read this a day, without you I would be just vanity blogging to myself.  I have been boaring you with all of our life’s trivialities and thoughts, but mostly we do something picture worthy, and then I tell you in about 10 misspelled words what we did, and then link to flickr to show you in about 50 too many pictures of what actually happened.  Along the way we have lost and gained family and friends.  Enough of that…on to the post.

At the end of the Fair Set there were two pictures that did not really belong.  That’s because after going to the Fair on Saturday, we traveled south to Cincinnati on Sunday to welcome home Elise, whom was last seen here in 2006.  She has been playing Dr. for the last couple of years in Japan, and was home for three days, before she was to report to here new base in FL.  Welcome home Elise, we are glad you are back in the USA, especially now that you are living next to a nice warm sandy beach with blue blue water in your back yard…

Utilizing our new membership, E and I made the drive to the Zoo on Saturday, while Sue did some homework. We made it to the N. American section before the Zoo closed early for some fund raising thing, so we headed to the mall to play on the playground.

Just about every day after we get home from work Ewan requests that we play with bubbles and/or chalk. Fun when we agree to his request, bloody (British swear, not literally) end of the world for him if we say no.
